Set up for office365 outlook went smooth and the test I ran looks like it went successful until I get
an email saying delivery failed *see attached file
I am also using Super Email Sender and I can't send due to Error: The SMTP server does not support authentication
I have checked and doubled checked my log in info
Ive also tried changing to "tls when available" and then I get "an error occurred when trying to establis an....."
Ive also tried checking and unchecking the Auth required?
I hope you can advise, Thank you
Jamie Herrick
Hi Jamie.
can you please clarify where exactly is the problem, is it only in super sender? or you can send at all?
I successfully set up outlook and can send and receive emails using it
I went through all the steps to use it as smtp and tested it using the smtp test site you show
It did not return an error - all green, looked like successful set up
I then set up smtp.office365.com as the server inside your Super Email Sender
I created the template, and campaign, and using my gmail email sent a test email
The result came back The SMTP server does not support authentication as well as an error occurred when trying to establis an....." (inside the little box)
I checked my log in info, I changed the security to different things, etc but nothing worked
When I went to my outlook system, I had received the email shown in the photo (delivery has failed...and reasons linked below)
I hope this explains better ...it looks like maybe the server sent the email and gmail rejected it? I don't know how to proceed.
Thank you
