More than 70% of visitors to websites come from mobiles, therefore, it is crucial to have a mobile-friendly website to give your visitors the best user experience. If you ignore this feature, you will lose a big number of visitors.

If you didn’t check whether your website is mobile-friendly or not, you should do it now. Don’t worry, this is very easy using the Search Console's Mobile-Friendly Test Tool. This incredible tool is fast and easy to use.

How to test whether your site is mobile-friendly

To test if your site is mobile-friendly, follow these steps:

  • Go to the Mobile-Friendly Test Tool.
  • Type the full Url of your website, landing page or a certain web page you wanna check.
  • Click “Test URL”.

This process will run in seconds and may take a maximum of 2 minutes to finish and give you all the results you need.

What are the results obtained by the Mobile-Friendly Test Tool?

This tool is incredible. It gives you all you need about your website including:

  • It tells you whether your page is mobile-friendly or not.
  • The date of the last previous, successful crawling to it.

If you click “ View Tested Pages”, you will see:

A screenshot showing you the look of your page on a mobile device.

If your website is mobile-friendly, then you can continue your work. However, if it is not, you have to do what you have to do to make it mobile-friendly for the sake of not losing a visitor.
