i am saying that For example in 12 months you have only 900 subscriber and 3900 hours watch time you can't apply because you didn't complete the requirements but when you complete your 4000 watch time hours and 1k subscriber in 15 months than you can apply there is no requirement that you can't apply after 12 months

i am saying that For example in 12 months you have only 900 subscriber and 3900 hours watch time you can't apply because you didn't complete the requirements but when you complete your 4000 watch time hours and 1k subscriber in 15 months than you can apply there is no requirement that you can't apply after 12 months

Still this is not what youtube says yeah the subscribers just need to be at 1000 there's no time limit for subscribers but for watch hour YouTube terms and condition says you need to have 4K watch hour within past 12 Month any watch hour before 12 months won't be included in 4K watch time appears in Monetization tab.
