If you want to create an e-book, one important thing you have to create some kind of content every day, and if you are thinking of becoming a professional writer you have to treat writing as your job as well.

What you have to write needs to be fresh not duplicate with full of value, failure to that your readers will go elsewhere.

A key point here is you are trying to solve your reader’s problems and entertain them at the same time. If you continue to offer solutions and entertain them they will keep on coming back because they will realize that they are getting solutions from your writings.

Back to our question, how to write an e-book?

  1. Pick your topic: Write down your ideas, however, your ideas must be specific and useful. The helpful tip here is to research your targeted audience. If possible, ask them what they want; you can give them two choices to choose from.
  2. Create an outline: Now, this is your road map. Write your topic heading and then start writing your different ideas that come to your mind and make connections between your ideas. Think of “what you want your reader to get or to accomplish after reading your book?” That will take you back on thinking “what your readers should know before reaching the end of your book?” and also “what they should know before that!” that way will help you to arrange your ideas easily. Now it will be a perfect time to write your list like; chapter or major sections that will be in your e-book, this includes a key point for each chapter or section. When writing your list you should examine other e-books and look through their chapter list if there is anything you are missing from your outline. At this point you may consider having a consistent structure this will make your writing process easier.
  3. Start writing: You should consider your motivated time to write. If it’s morning then do it in the morning. If you are planning to have an e-book with 20,000 words, it will be around 80 to 100 words per page assuming you are including few images, then if you will manage to write 1,000 words per day you will spend only 20 days writing.

Few tips; Turn off distractions when you are writing don’t edit while writing.

E-book shouldn't have too much pages, and should contain a concised piece of information around a body of knowledge.

But on the other hand video also takes more time and effort than making an ebook.

No brother, if an e-book has alot of pages full of value then it is even more good.
