Types of Cold Email Marketing (Riyad’s Method)

There are 3 types of cold email marketing. They are :

1. Ethical Cold Email Marketing

In this case, the email marketer will take help from the sales team. Suppose you are promoting YouTube SEO tools such as TubeBuddy, and you have to send cold emails to the YouTubers.

So What can we do??

My strategy is very simple. I will go to a channel. Then view some videos. After that, I will determine its video quality. Just think with me, the people who are spending more than $100 USD for a video, will they spend $500 USD+ for his/her channel growth?? I think the answer is positive. So, I will do further research when I will get a positive answer. I will find out the 1st video and its publication date. Then I will research their subscriber growth. At the last, I will write a dedicated email to them. In the email body, I will try to discuss all of their problems, from the 1st video publishing day, mentioning the date. Then, I will explain, how my solution which means TubeBuddy can help them. Also, we will not offer them a directly paid version, we will offer them the free version. Maybe they will use it for 2 or 3 months and after that, they will become our paid customers. This strategy will be sustainable for a long time and up to 99% of emails will land in the inbox.

2. Gray Hat Cold Email Marketing

In this case, we will send a few emails per day. It may be 100 to 500 maximum. We have to personalize the emails in more than 2 places. It may be the 1st name of the people and their company name etc. Then, we can send 1 email per 5 minutes. This strategy will be sustainable for 6 months to 12 months and up to 75% of emails will land in the inbox.

3. Black Hat Cold Email Marketing

In this case, we will collect a targeted email list, we have to personalize the emails in more than 2 places and we can send 5k+ emails per day.it may be increased up to 1 Million per day. The condition is 100% valid and targeted data. In this case, 35% emails will land in inbox. This strategy will be sustainable for 7 days to 6 months.
